The 7th International Conference on Ethics Education, to be held in Porto, Portugal from July 22 – 24, 2019, is now accepting paper submissions!
It is the first time that this event is being held in Portugal and at the Nursing School of Porto in a joint partnership with this School and the International Association for the Education in Ethics.
The core focus of the International Association for Education in Ethics Conference, Rediscovering the world: exploring ethics education towards a global bioethics, is to highlight a parallel between the discovery of the world and the search for new perspectives towards an ethics education that meets a global bioethics.
Well known speakers and leading researchers such as Bert Gordijn, President of the International Ethics Education Association, Henk ten Have, Director of the Center for Healthcare Ethics at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and Henrique Leitão, Principal Investigator at the Interuniversity Center for Science and Technology of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon, will attend this event.
The deadline for the second phase of the submission of papers is April 14th and abstracts (maximum 500 words) can be submitted relating to ongoing research, educational projects, philosophical perspectives, among others.
